The past few years have seen a sharp increase in the number of activities and services offered by Belnet. This has translated into a significant rise in the number of functions and roles within our organisation. These important changes required that we define a new set of processes. To do so, Belnet chose to implement a series of ITIL processes relating to setting up and managing services, but also connected to support functions. With our commitment to continuously improving our service, we have now set up an ITSM cell fully devoted to applying and monitoring best practices for IT management.
By applying the IT Service Management principles, Belnet aspires to an ever more professional provision of services and resources: the satisfaction of customer needs remains our priority!
