Tiered prices apply based on the number of employees. Students, patients and visitors are not counted as employees.

It is free for students. It is an annual licence that counts staff members only.
Is a hotspot (guest access) also counted as an employee?
No, we only count the number of users within an organisation. Suppose there is a hospital with 500 employees and x number of patients, then only the employees are counted; patients and visitors are completely free.
Is there a minimum number of employees required?
Minimum 5 employees.
Can Secutec provide the necessary guarantees regarding the GDPR?
Yes. The customer decides themselves what Secutec gets to see. In the basic configuration, Secutec only gets to see the DNS requests, no name. Otherwise, it will only see an IP address, so no personal data can be seen there either.
