How can I receive the service?
- Contact our Belnet Service Desk at servicedesk@belnet.be.
- Send two completed and signed copies of the govroam agreement to the Belnet Customer Relations Team at:

- Configure the RADIUS and 802.1X authentication on the part of your network dedicated to govroam. You can contact Belnet to receive advice from our technical advisors and to discuss the technical details of the configuration within your organization.
- Fill out all your data on the govroam configuration interface. When all information is provided, Belnet will perform tests in both directions.
When all tests and information are correct, Belnet will add your organization to our online list of participants.
How can visitors access the WI-FI thanks to govroam?
If their organization is on govroam, they can access the Wi-Fi.
With the guestroam service, guests can request (or be granted) temporary access to govroam. Otherwise, you will have to provide them access by other means.
Who can subscribe to the service?
All public services and governmental administrations.
