How can I get the service?

  1. Contact our Belnet Service Desk servicedesk@belnet.be. (Don’t forget your acronym). The Service Desk will put you in contact with our Customer Relations Team.
  2. The Account Manager will listen to your demands and propose you a meeting if necessary.
  3. During the meeting, the Account Manager defines the client’s requests and technical specificities. If you need more technical information’s, the Account Manager will propose a meeting with a Technical Advisor.
  4. The Account Manager will ask you to sign an agreement. If you agree, you will have to send 2 completed and signed copies of the agreement to:

  5. After receipt of your signed documents, Belnet will order your license from Fortinet and create the client appliance.
  6. The Customer Relations Team will return a counter-signed agreement.

Who can subscribe to the service?

All customers as Belgian research centers, higher education institutions and universities and Belgian public services can get this service.

What is the delivery time to get the service?

It will take about one week. The time to order a license from Fortinet and create the client appliance.

What processing of personal data is carried out for this service?

Who can I contact in case of problems?

How do I cancel the service?

During the test period:

You have the option to terminate the contract by sending at least 5 working days notice to the « Belnet Customer Relations » Department at servicedesk@belnet.be.

During the contract period:

At the end of this one-year period, both PARTIES may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to a period of notice of three months minimum after notification by registered letter. This termination will take effect on 1 January of the year following the delivery of the notice in the current calendar year.
