How can I get the service?
- Contact our Belnet Service Desk at servicedesk@belnet.be.
- Send 2 completed and signed copies of the eduroam agreement to the Belnet Customer Relations Team at:

- Configure the RADIUS and 802.1X authentication on the part of your network dedicated to eduroam. A technical advisor will contact you to discuss the technical details of the configuration within your organization.
- Fill all your data on the eduroam configuration interface. When all information is filled in, Belnet will perform tests in both directions. Once all the tests and information are correct, Belnet will add your organization to our online list of participants.

How can I promote eduroam on my website?
As stated in the eduroam documentations, participants should use the official eduroam logos on their website and publications. A guideline on how to use the official logos can be downloaded here. You will find the logos in various formats here.
