Your monitoring graphs, your tickets and all your administrative and contractual information will be accessible from 1 July from all your digital interfaces via a new, fully responsive version of the Belnet Portal.
More and more of you are accessing the Belnet Portal. Since January 2021, 360 users have initiated at least one session and 64% of them are new users. To optimise your experience of the tool and enable you to move more efficiently between the different sections of the customer account, we've revised the look and feel of the Belnet Portal dashboard.
In addition, your monitoring graphs, ticket history and all your administrative data (invoices, contracts, etc.) will be accessible from 1 July from all tablets and smartphones to ensure an optimised and responsive reading quality.
Even more efficient reading of the monitoring
The Monitoring available on the Belnet Portal is the essential tool to allow you to control the status and stability of your connectivity. Keep an eye on the status of your bandwidth, the traffic on all your links and possible link errors (packet loss, etc.).
The various measures are collected via a monitoring workstation placed on our LAN. All the measures are made from your point of view and are visible on the graphs. More documentation available on Monitoring Page (log in to myBelnet before clicking on this link).
Unavailability on 30 June from midday
To carry out all the necessary changes, your Belnet Portal will not be accessible on 30 June as from midday. Your access will be restored on 1 July.
