Belnet remains at your service during the end-of-year period

As a service provider, we consider it important to always provide you with the best possible quality. To ensure the stability of our network and services during the end-of-year period, we will proceed to a network freeze as we do every year.

The network freeze will run from Wednesday 18 December 2024 (5 pm) to Monday 6 January 2025 (9 am). This means that Belnet will not perform any upgrades or implement new services during this period to ensure maximum availability of our network at all times. 

Closure of our offices between Christmas and New Year 

During the closure of our offices, from Wednesday 25 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January included, we will remain available in case of incidents. More general requests (administrative, commercial or non-urgent technical requests) will be handled from Thursday 2 January 2025. 

In case of an interruption of your connectivity and/or disturbances in Belnet services, please contact our Belnet Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 (24/7) or by e-mail to servicedesk@belnet.be (9-17h).
