Since May 2020, Nathalie Pinsart and Dirk Haex have been jointly responsible for the day-to-day management of Belnet.
The Belnet Management Committee has indicated last month a new management team consisting of Nathalie Pinsart, Administration & Community Director, and Dirk Haex, Technical Director.
In addition to his role as Technical Director, Dirk Haex is now also responsible for the day-to-day management of Belnet from an operational point of view. Nathalie Pinsart, Administration & Community Director, takes care of the personnel and communication policy and the day-to-day administrative, financial and material management. Both represent Belnet at partner organisations in their respective fields of expertise.
Nathalie Pinsart and Dirk Haex work closely together to manage the continuity and evolution of Belnet. They report directly to Pierre Bruyère, Chairman of the Belnet Management Committee and of the Management Committee of the Federal Science Policy (Belspo). Pierre Bruyère also regularly participates in the consultation moments of the Belnet management team.

Strategic renewal process
Rapidly changing digital developments mean that Belnet must constantly evolve in order to continue to meet the needs of its community. ‘Customer intimacy', or getting to know the needs of our customers even better, is one of the strategic objectives of our organisation.
In this context, the new Belnet management team has decided to initiate a strategic renewal process involving all our units.
