Please note also that our offices will be closed from Friday 25 December 2020 to Sunday 3 January 2021 included. We will resume our activities on Monday 4 January 2021.

In the event of a loss of connectivity and/or interruptions in Belnet services, you can contact the Belnet Service Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

- by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org (9h-17h)

Service adaptations - commercial questions
Between 19/12/2020 and 11/01/2021, Belnet's services will be limited and no new services or upgrades will be implemented.
Our offices will be closed between 25/12/2020 and 03/01/2021 included. Your requests will be processed from 4 January 2021.
Technical support for Belnet services (except incidents)
During the period mentioned above, the technical support of Belnet services will be limited to urgent problems (see technical incidents). During this period, you can continue to send us your requests of a technical nature. These will be processed as from Monday 4 January 2021.
