Since Wednesday 18 March at noon the Belnet offices are closed. However, all the staff will carry out their usual tasks from their home, which will have no impact on our operational functioning. Our reception can still be contacted by phone, as is our ServiceDesk. Do not hesitate to consult our contact procedure.
Specific measures for our critical customers
As previously announced, we are doing everything in our power to guarantee maximum service continuity and we will continue to remain particularly attentive to the connected organisations playing a major role today in managing the COVID crisis19. Read here the information concerning the specific measures taken by Belnet.
Prefer sending email
We ask you not to send us any more mail by post and to prefer to send any document electronically. Our teams will treat them as usual. For our part, we will no longer precede the sending of postal mail until the reopening of our offices.
Beware of phishing attempts
In recent months and even more since the start of the COVID19 pandemic, the number of computer attacks with ransom demand has increased sharply. Infection with ransomware often begins with a phishing email. In order to protect your activities, we recommend that you be particularly vigilant with regard to any email originating from an unknown source. You will find more information on preventing this type of attack on the CERT.be website.
