A new event will replace the Belnet Networking Conference next year.

GÉANT Cloud Solutions : a new framework agreement is in preparation
As we already communicated at the end of June, the GÉANT IaaS framework agreement will soon be renewed and extended to many suppliers. This will include, in addition to IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and an Earth Observation data service.

Currently, a fraudulent web page, wrongly attributed to Belnet circulates.

govroam: the number of participating institutions has doubled since 2017
Since it was launched in 2013, the number of institutions using this service in Belgium has continued to increase. With 14 institutions in Belgium in 2017, today there are 28 participating institutions.
